Alison Carroll trained in musical theatre at the Urdang Academy and specialized on the acting course. She has twenty years of gymnastic training and has represented Great Britain in display gymnastics traveling the world attending events. She choreographed the winning Junior Gymnastic Display Team at the British Championships.
Alison is the Official Lara Croft for the Tomb Raider franchise and has taken a series of courses that included SAS survival, combat and semi-automatic weapons training in Eastern Europe, and a crash course in world archeology. Her promotional work continued with travels to South Africa, Dubai, Australia, Europe and Singapore where she performed live stunts for television and magazine/press shoots. She is known for being the "Action Lara" because she does all of her own stunts.

GRIDIRON UK (feature film): Alison next project is GRIDIRON UK based on a true story about American Football. Alison will star with Mem Ferda, Andrew Knott and Stephen Marcus and directed by the fabulous Ed Bye.
AMSTERDAM HEAVY (Feature Film): Alison plays the leading role in this action fueled feature film with revenge, guns, and extreme fighting alongside Michael Madsen. Alison performed all her own stunts in this movie and portrays secret agent, Monique Lander.
LOVE + 1 (Short Film): Am emotional romantic film set in the heart of Clapham. "What do you do when you find the one?" Alison plays the leading role in this drama alongside Andy Barnes and Brian Fortuna.
THE KID (Feature Film): Directed by Nick Moran (Lock Stock and Harry Potter), Alison plays a supporting role as Claire a 15 year old school kid who is friends with the main character Kevin lewis. With a presigious British cast including Ioan Gruffudd and Rupert Friend.
DOGHOUSE (Feature Film): A comedy Horror movie directed by Jake West, Alison plays a supporting role of The Teen alongside BAFTA winner Noel Clarke, Stephen Graham and Danny Dyer.
LIFE IS AN ART (Feature Film): A psychological thriller starring Alison Carroll. Playing the part of Clare Jones a Private Inspector.
OFFICIAL LARA CROFT: Following in the footsteps of actress' such as Angelina Jolie and Rhona Mitra who have also worn those famous boots, Alison traveled the globe portraying the all action Lara Croft, attending TV and radio interviews, modeling shoots as well as performing live action stunts, such as gymnastics, combat, rock climbing and scuba diving. Alison is the first Tomb Raider actress to be trained actress.

Alison has completed starring in Claustrophobia an exciting and dangerous thriller feature film. She has just been cast in the emotional yet entertaining film, Amina, alongside Will Johnson (Anuvahood/Waking The Dead).
Alison has just completed starring with Michael Madsen in the action fueled feature film Amsterdam Heavy. Alison plays the part of Monique Lander an under cover agent. Alison has starred alongside Rhona Cameron in Disconnect which is being premiered in March 2011 at the Bradford Film Festival.
She has also just finished filming Love + 1 an emotional romantic drama working alongside the talented Brian Fortuna and Andy Barnes. Alison is currently working on Code Masters new computer game Body Count playing the part of the Nemesis the ultimate baddy. Alison is set to take on some very exciting projects this year.
